اسکرول ویجت ScrollView کار نمیکنه

سلام دوستان. من یه اکتیویتی دارم که اطلاعات رو از دیتابیس میخونم یه ScrollView میسازم و با بقیه چیزهایی که نیاز دارم نمایش بدم اطلاعات رو . ولی اسکرول نمیشه نمیدونم چیکار کنم. کدم رو میزارم یه بررسی کنید. ممنون

ایکس ام ال رو نتونستم بزارم ادیتور پاک میکنه نمیدونم چرا
