ساخت Swipe Tab در Fragment

مرسی دوستان از اینکه جواب دادین ولی متاسفانه کمک نکرد مجبور شدم کل کد رو عوض کنم که بازم مشکل دارم

AccountsFragment.java شد این:

با تغییر FragmentActivity به Fragment دو تا ارور میاد:

 mAppSectionsPagerAdapter = new AppSectionsPagerAdapter(getSupportFragmentManager());

cannot resole method getSupportFragmentManager()

 final ActionBar actionBar = getActionBar();

cannot resole method getActionBar()

راستی آقای آقاجانی کلا جواب نمیده یا این بخش فقط برای ما مبتدیاست؟
