ارتباط گوشی با وب سرویس دارای IP استاتیک برقرار نمی شود

Hello everyone

I have designed a web service so clients can connect to it and query or modify the target database.

Web service is hosted on a server having a static IP address. I can see the web service using browser. On the other hand, my Android project connects to the web service via emulator. But physical devices report failure as soon as I click "Connect" button. It seems it doesn't try to connect to network. By the way, if I host the web service on my localhost, physical devices can connect it.

All of my efforts in surfing the web have been useless during past days.

Can you provide me with some useful hints and/or keywords, please?
