's suggestion? You'll find it very useful since he explained the steps on how to go to BIOS. He also attached a image. But if you can't find it, you may follow these steps: 

Using F2 key (mostly for old Vaio unit)

Turn off the unit -> press the power button and immediately, keep tapping F2 key -> the laptop will boot to BIOS. 

Using Assist Button 

Turn off the unit -> press Assist button -> Select Start BIOS setup or press F2 ->  the laptop will boot to BIOS.
